"your health is your wealth, not silver and gold". For this reason, Michael is committed to exercising everyday
to maintain his good health. He alternates between weight lifting, running the hills of Oakland, playing tennis and Walking
across a long tight wire.

A healthy diet is also very important. This should include a combination of fresh fruits, vegetables,
grains, nuts, berries and fish. All of these are much cheaper than pills.
